Q: Is the service confidential?
A: All conversations at Directions Teen Clinic are confidential between you and the nurse you are speaking. If we believe you may be at risk of harm or someone else may be at risk of harm we may be required to contact a guardian but we can discuss this process with you.

Q: Are there any age restrictions to visit Directions Teen Clinic?
A: Our nurses can discuss health concerns with many young people across a large age group. Roughly any young person between the age of 10 and 20 can access this service but if you sit outside of this bracket and still wish to visit, you can!
